Warranty Policy - RMA
For all products and agencies, Stefinet Multimedia S.A. offers a 1-year warranty from the moment of purchase of the product by the end consumer. Each product's warranty start time is documented by presenting the consumer's retail receipt to the store where the product was purchased, with an RMA number.
- The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase by the first consumer and is only transferable between end consumers.
- The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- The responsibility of Stefinet Multimedia S.A. is limited to the cost of repair and / or replacement of the product under warranty. The warranty is void if the defect is due (however caused) to misuse, negligence, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is void if unauthorized persons carry out any changes and / or repairs.
- Statutory consumer rights under applicable national law arising from the sales contract or otherwise are not affected by this warranty.
